The research group ORSTAT of KU Leuven (Belgium) has a vacancy for a full-time PhD scholarship for the period of February 1, 2019 until January 31, 2023, for scientific research in the field of statistics. The candidate will work in the area of survival analysis. This work should lead to a PhD degree.
Profile
• Candidates should have a strong interest in statistics and preferably hold a Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent.
• An average degree of “distinction” during preliminary studies is an advantage, as well as an appropriate command of written and spoken English.
