Abstracts submissions are open for HiTSeq, the yearly gathering of the ISCB Community of Special Interest in High Throughput Sequencing algorithms. This meeting takes the form of a topical track at the  ISMB 2018 Conference, and is devoted to the latest advances in computational techniques for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) data. It provides a forum for in depth presentations of novel algorithms, analysis methods, and methods enabling applications in multiple areas of biology that HTS is transforming. for more information please follow this link to the HiTSeq session webpage.

At this time HiTSeq seeks abstracts submissions of novel work in the topic to be presented at the conference. The organizers will review and select a number of these abstracts to be presented as talks – at least 50% of the talks at the conference will be drawn from abstract submissions, the rest being from accepted proceedings papers. The remaining of the abstracts will be presented as posters in a dedicated time slot to view posters grouped by the session track. All abstracts should be submitted via the IMSB 2018 abstracts submission system (follow this link). During submission please select «HiTSeq» as the «TOPIC» of your submission, to ensure your submission is assigned to our track
