HiTSeq’15 – Paper Deadline Extended: Now April 19!
The Conference on High Throughput Sequencing Methods and Applications (HiTSeq 2015) is a satellite meeting of the ISMB/ECCB 2015 conference to be held on July 10-11 2015 at Dublin, Ireland. HitSeq brings together biologists and computational scientists interested in exploring the challenges and opportunities in the analysis of high-throughput sequencing technologies. HiTSeq welcomes submissions on any topic related to high throughput sequencing technologies. However, this year we will be hosting two special tracks on Big Data in Genomics and Clinical Genomics and special treatment will be provided to submissions in these topics. We are extending the deadline to accommodate manuscripts from ISMB 2nd cycle – consider revising relevant manuscript and submitting to us.
