We currently have three fully-funded Ph.D. studentships within the Biostatistics Research Group in Newcastle University (https://www.ncl.ac.uk/ihs/research/datasciencebiostatisticsepidemiology/biostatistics/). This is a group that develops state of the art methodology for novel efficient clinical trials and applies it in real trials being run in Newcastle Clinical Trials Unit and other national and international groups. Newcastle is an exciting, fun and pleasant city with a low cost of living.

All projects include funding for UK/EU university fees and a tax-free stipend of £14,777 per annum. The deadline for applications is 6th March 2019. The projects will start in September 2019.
