This international workshop will be held at the CIEM (International Center of Mathematical Meetings in Castro Urdiales (SPAIN)), organizated by REDIUM, the spanish network of Mathematical Research Institutes.
The workshop will include a series of invited lectures and two short courses (6 hours each), aimed at the dissemination of the state of the art and foster the interest of young researchers.
A small set of selected contributed talks will be included from the proposals presented by young researchers interested in the topic.
The number of participants is limited to 70.
