Bioinformatics workshop on data analysis: Next Generation Sequencing, amplicon, metagenomics, metatranscriptomics, RNAseq, metabarcoding, data science/statistics and omics data computing, metabolomics. You will receive a comprehensive introduction and hands-on training on some of the most important omics data analysis tools (R and BIOST3 among others).
The workshop is organised by Sequentia Biotech and BIOST3-UB.
Please make sure to bring your laptop with you, as practical data analysis exercises will be performed during the workshop.
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the workshop.
