We are seeking an individual to work on a MRC Methodology Research Panel funded project to develop methodology and computationally efficient software for the analysis of pharmacogenetic exome sequencing studies with “time-to-event» outcomes.

You should have experience of research in an area of applied statistics, analysing genetic data, and of survival analysis. You should also be highly motivated and will be expected to present your research in high quality journals and at leading international conferences. You should have a PhD (or be about to obtain) in Statistics, Biostatistics or Genetics, or PhD with a significant component of Statistics, Biostatistics and/or Genetics. The post is available until 31 May 2021 and is based in the Department of Biostatistics, University of Liverpool under the supervision of Dr Andrea Jorgensen and Professor Andrew Morris.
