We currently have an opportunity for a Full Time Research Fellow to join the Cancer Survival Group (CSG) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for a 18-month contract. The project is in collaboration with colleagues from the School of Health and Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University. 

 
This exciting position will aim to investigate how individual’s and contextual’s socioeconomic position would affect survival after the diagnosis of cancer, using the Office for National Statistics – Longitudinal Study data. The appointee will work closely with researchers at the CSG. The research involves dealing with statistical methods for time-to-event analysis and multilevel modelling in the context of cancer epidemiology. 
 
Salary Range:  £39,304 to £40,104 per annum (Depending on qualifications and experience)
