The Oslo Centre for Biostatistics and Epidemiology, Oslo University Hospital, offers two 4-year PhD positions. 

The first position is in the field of epidemiology using data from a randomized controlled trial and questionnaire survey. The project is about the effect of physical activity on fatigue and quality of life of childhood cancer survivors. 

The second position is part of a project aiming to develop survival analysis methods to model familial cancer risk. Large-scale population-wide registry data, containing information on approx. 21.7 million individuals from Norway and Sweden, will be analyzed in the project.
