Valencia International Bayesian Summer School (VIBASS) will take place from the 17th to the 21th of July 2017 in Valencia (Spain). VIBASS is a 5-day summer school that offers an opportunity to be introduced into Bayesian reasoning without previous knowledge in the subject. The first two-days will comprise an introduction to Bayesian learning, with conceptual and practical sessions. The next 2-days will be focused on a particular topic. This year, Prof. Aki Vehtari will give a 2-day workshop on ‘Bayesian inference with Stan’. Finally, the last day will be devoted to the First VIBASS Workshop where attendants could present posters with their work.
VIBASS is organised by the VABAR research group from the University of Valencia (http://vabar.es).
